Cotswolds village set for 40-home development
Cameron Homes has exchanged contracts to acquire a 5-acre site in Honeybourne, Worcestershire, on the north-western edge of The Cotswolds.
The site has outline planning consent from Wychavon District Council for 40 homes, with 40% designated for affordable housing.
Sheldon Boseley Knight acted for the vendor, while Deeley Group secured outline planning approval in mid-2025.
Cameron Homes has appointed White Ridge Architecture to prepare a Reserved Matters application for submission to the local authority this summer.
