Chef launches platform to help businesses harness customer feedback
Staffordshire-based restaurateur George Lowe, known for his Uttoxeter eatery Lowe’s on Carter Street, has launched a new venture aimed at helping businesses capture real-time customer feedback.
The platform, called More Kudos, is designed to make gathering reviews simple and immediate, enabling companies to use customer insights to drive growth.
The 33-year-old, who recently received the Unsung Hero Award at the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Tourism Awards, hopes More Kudos will become a standard tool across industries.
