Popeyes to create 50 jobs with Merry Hill opening
Popeyes is set to create around 50 new jobs in the West Midlands after confirming plans to open a new site at Merry Hill Retail Park.
The new restaurant will add roles across management, kitchen operations, front-of-house and customer service, supporting the brand’s continued UK expansion and further investment in the region.
Since launching in Britain in 2021, Popeyes has grown rapidly as demand for its New Orleans-inspired menu has increased nationwide.
