Work starts on £17m mid-box industrial unit build
Construction has begun on a new 78,000 sq ft industrial unit in Birmingham after strong interest from occupiers.
Property developer and investor Barberry Industrial has started work on the £17m project at Quinton Business Park, where it is delivering a new distribution and manufacturing facility known as Midbox 78.
Main contractor Caddick has been appointed to deliver the scheme, with completion targeted for January 2027.
