Investor acquires 77,000 sq ft of industrial space in Coventry
Property investor Hortons has expanded its industrial portfolio with the acquisition of two units at Three Spires Industrial Estate.
The assets total 76,699 sq ft and are let on new 10-year leases to Staircraft Group Limited, which supplies timber staircases and flooring systems to the housebuilding sector.
