A residential development site in Badsey, Worcestershire has been sold to Bromford Flagship LiveWest, with plans for a fully affordable housing scheme on the 8.9-acre plot.
The greenfield site at Brewers Lane benefits from outline planning permission for up to 75 dwellings, granted in December 2025.
The consent includes contributions towards community transport, education, sports facilities and primary healthcare, alongside a policy-compliant provision of 40% affordable housing.
