Fortix Capital launches with multimillion-pound property deal
New property investment venture Fortix Capital has officially launched following the acquisition of a multimillion-pound residential portfolio at Brindley House in central Birmingham.
The newly established joint venture between Watson's Property and SecureHome has completed the purchase of 26 apartments in the 182-unit Brindley House development in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
