Contractor named for Aston Villa North Stand redevelopment
Kingscote Construction, part of Morrisroe Group, has been appointed to deliver the redevelopment of Aston Villa’s North Stand at Villa Park, marking the contractor’s first major stadium project.
Work is scheduled to begin on site this month, with completion targeted for December 2027, according to Morrisroe Group’s latest annual accounts.
The revised scheme replaces an earlier £100m demolition-and-rebuild proposal, instead retaining and extending the existing structure, including the stand’s core frame, roof and façade...
