Independent coffee company launches third site
Hereford-based coffee business The Coffee Cart Company is expanding with a third site as it looks to broaden its offer into roasting, training and experiential hospitality.
The company, which already operates venues in Hereford’s High Town and Old Market, will open a new flagship HQ site on Broad Street on 28 May, in the former Cotto restaurant unit.
Founded by Sarah Bennett and James Gardner, the business began 27 years ago as an outdoor coffee cart and has since evolved into a multi-site operator in the city.
