Poundland owner looking to bag Radley in pre-pack deal
The owner of Poundland, Gordon Brothers, is said to be nearing a deal to acquire British handbag brand Radley through a pre-pack administration process.
The agreement could be finalised as soon as today. It is expected to centre on Radley’s brand, design rights and wider intellectual property, rather than its operational retail estate.
As reported by Sky News, restructuring specialist FTI Consulting is set to be appointed to handle the administration process.
