Up to 50 jobs in pipeline as plans lodged for industrial site
A new commercial redevelopment in Rugby could support around 50 jobs if plans to regenerate a former industrial site are approved.
Warwickshire Property & Development Group (WPDG) has submitted a full planning application to Rugby Borough Council for the redevelopment of the former Bloxham Centre on Somers Road.
The proposal would replace the existing buildings with around 21,350 sq ft of commercial space, split into three units ranging from 5,350 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
