Industrial development set to create 150 jobs
A proposed industrial development in Wythall could generate up to 150 jobs if approved.
IM Properties has submitted a planning application to Bromsgrove District Council for a 46,888 sq ft speculative industrial unit at Wythall Green, off Middle Lane.
The scheme is designed to bring new employment space into the district and support both direct and indirect job creation linked to future occupiers.
