93,000 sq ft commercial development breaks ground
Construction has begun on a new commercial development in Walsall that is expected to bring more than 93,000 sq ft of space to the market.
Central Point, being delivered by Erdgard and funded by The Richardson Family, will comprise six units ranging from 5,880 sq ft to 26,236 sq ft, designed to accommodate a mix of occupiers and built to BREEAM Very Good and EPC A standards.
Project representatives and delivery partners gathered onsite to mark the start of works, with completion targeted for February 2027.
