224-home development set for planning committee decision
A major scheme to transform the former Kenilworth School site on Leyes Lane is due to go before Warwick District Council’s Planning Committee on 16 June, with plans for new homes, extra care accommodation and public open space.
Submitted by Homes England, the hybrid application seeks full permission to demolish all existing buildings on the 9.5-hectare site, alongside outline consent for up to 224 homes and a 75-bed extra care facility for older residents.
