Baxi owner completes Italian acquisition to strengthen commercial HVAC business
The owner of Warwick-based boiler manufacturer Baxi has completed the acquisition of Italian HVAC specialist G.I. Holding as it expands its commercial heating and cooling business.
Dutch-headquartered BDR Thermea has acquired the remaining 75% stake in G.I. Holding, having first invested in the business in 2023.
