Knights snaps up Thames Valley rival for £4m

Knights has acquired THP Solicitors, adding 30 legal experts and expanding its presence in the Thames Valley, in a deal worth £4m on a cash-free, debt-free basis.

THP will join Knights' existing Thames Valley team at The Blade in Reading, with completion expected on 25 September.
