Dudley vehicle equipment group sold out of administration, saving 112 jobs
Peritum Group, the Kingswinford-based commercial vehicle equipment supplier trading as Totalkare and Bradmac, has been sold out of administration in a deal securing all 112 jobs.
Martyn Rickels and Raj Mittal of FRP Advisory, advised by Addleshaw Goddard, were appointed joint administrators to the group on 13 August, covering Peritum Ltd, Tecnik Engineering, CVW SPV, Peritum Group Ltd, Totalkare and Bradmac Garage Equipment and Services.
