Tamworth banks on connectivity to win over investors

Tamworth Borough Council wants investors to see past the roundabouts and take a look at three sites it thinks could reshape the town: Ankerside, Gungate and Marmion House.

The council has launched a "place prospectus" pitching Tamworth's connectivity as its trump card. Trains reach Birmingham in around 15 minutes and London Euston in just over an hour, with the M42, A5 and A38 all within reach of a town of roughly 81,000 people.
