Knights’ acquisition spree continues with £27m Moore Barlow deal
Knights Group Holdings, the Newcastle-under-Lyme-headquartered legal and professional services group, has agreed to acquire the commercial and private wealth arms of Moore Barlow LLP for £27m, as it builds scale across the South East and South Central regions.
The deal covers Moore Barlow's commercial and private wealth service lines, with its personal injury, clinical negligence and Court of Protection divisions being sold separately ahead of completion.
