Warwickshire children’s care provider secures new majority backer
Forge Care, the Warwickshire-based provider of trauma-informed residential care for children, has secured a majority investment from Endurance Capital, advised by Debrett's.
Founded by the Miller family and previously backed by Future Planet Capital, Forge Care operates The Forge, a purpose-built therapeutic campus in North Warwickshire comprising four Ofsted-registered children's homes offering up to 24 placements, supported by integrated therapeutic services.
