Dwelly hits ten acquisitions in 2026 with latest London deal
Dwelly has completed its tenth acquisition of 2026 with the addition of London sales and lettings agency Paramount Properties, as the company’s rapid pace of expansion continues.
The deal adds around 1,100 fully managed properties to the Dwelly network, taking its total portfolio to more than 15,000 properties under management and reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s largest lettings businesses. It also marks a further investment in the London market, building on recent acquisitions of Eden Harper, Settio and Kensington-based Shaws.
Paramount has operated from its West Hampstead base since 1989, with a 30-strong team providing sales services across North West London and lettings across the capital, alongside a property management operation spanning more than 80 London postcodes. Existing managing director and co-seller Spencer Lawrence will remain at the helm of Paramount following the acquisition.
Sam Humphreys, head of M&A at Dwelly, said: “Reaching ten acquisitions in 2026 is a significant milestone for us and demonstrates just how much momentum we’ve built this year, but it’s the quality of the businesses we’re partnering with that matters most.
“Paramount has been operating for more than 35 years, has an established presence across the London market and, importantly, has an outstanding team and culture that have been built over decades. We’ve been extremely active this year because we remain hugely confident in the long-term future of the lettings sector.”
Spencer Lawrence, managing director of Paramount added: “Paramount has evolved enormously since I joined in 1998, but what hasn’t changed is our focus on quality, long-term client relationships. Dwelly recognised this, and they wanted to invest in it. So I’m excited for what comes next at Paramount.”
Dwelly’s acquisition strategy centres on retaining the local brands, teams and expertise of the businesses it acquires, while investing in AI-driven technology and operational infrastructure to improve efficiency across property management, maintenance, compliance and communication.
It follows Dwelly’s seventh acquisition of 2026, the £600m Settio deal in June, which extended the firm’s presence into Birmingham alongside Manchester, London and Singapore.
