Spa booking platform acquired by consumer experiences group
Excalibur Group has acquired Coventry-based SpaSeekers, adding one of the UK’s longest-established spa booking platforms to its portfolio of consumer experience businesses.
The deal brings SpaSeekers into the group alongside brands including Wowcher, Spabreaks.com, 5pm, Things-To-Do and Superbreak, strengthening its position in the UK’s spa, leisure and wellness market.
Law firm Lodders advised SpaSeekers founder Jason Goldberg on the transaction, which was completed within five months.
