Wolverhampton residential development site hits the market
A 1.23-acre development site in Wolverhampton has been put up for sale, offering an opportunity to build homes next to a new Lidl store.
Located off Dimmock Street in Parkfield, the cleared site has outline planning consent for residential development under Class C3a.
The site sits in a prominent position alongside a 23,519 sq ft Lidl supermarket, which is currently being built and is expected to open in early 2027.
Birmingham-based property consultancy Johnson Fellows has been appointed to market the opportunity, with initial bids invited by 5 pm on 11 September 2026.
Chris Gaskell, partner at Johnson Fellows said: “This is a well-located residential development opportunity in an established suburban location, with outline planning consent for Class C3a development already permitted. Its position alongside the new Lidl store reflects the ongoing investment in this area of the city, making this a proposition not to be missed.”
