Combination of IT specialist and networking consultancy hailed as a ‘natural fit’

Part Four, the Warrington-based IT and telecoms specialist, has acquired networking consultancy, Level 8 Solutions (L8 Solutions) for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2005 and based in Wolverhampton, L8 Solutions provides a wide range of IT network and cybersecurity services.

The company offers direct access to experienced engineers and support contracts, giving clients ongoing access to key IT services which ensure their networks remain secure and functional.

Part Four owner, Les Mitty, said: “This is a natural fit, bringing together Part Four’s managed IT services expertise with L8 Solutions’ strong networking capabilities. 

“Combining these complementary strengths should enable the business to deliver even greater value, broader technical expertise and enhanced support for customers.”

He added: “Acquisitions are about more than just expanding services – they’re about bringing talented people together, sharing expertise and building something stronger for customers.

“I’m looking forward to seeing how the combined team develops over the coming months and the opportunities this creates for both employees and clients.”

 The transaction was advised by Dylan Bennett, deal executive with Bolton-based KBS Corporate.
