Ventilation products specialist secures new ownership after 38 years
Dudley-based ventilation and environmental products specialist Ventilation & Environmental Supplies Ltd (VES) has been acquired by investment firm Euston Ventures, securing new ownership for the business after almost four decades of trading.
Established in 1988, VES manufactures and distributes ductwork, heating and ventilation products to customers across the construction, building services and industrial sectors.
The business has built its reputation on technical knowledge, product quality and customer service, developing a broad UK customer base and long-standing relationships across the industries it serves.
Euston Ventures specialises in acquiring and operating businesses within specialist manufacturing, industrial and product distribution markets. Its acquisition of VES will allow the company’s founding shareholders, Nigel and Sam Haywood, to realise the value built up over 38 years while providing the business with a platform for its next stage of growth.
Burgis & Bullock Corporate Finance advised the VES shareholders on the transaction, with Partner Simon Chapman and Executive Niall Douglas leading the process. The team supported the shareholders with sale preparation, identifying and approaching potential buyers and negotiating the deal through to completion.
