Vistry to build 100 homes at 2,500-home Burton-upon-Trent scheme

Vistry has acquired land from Places for People Developments to deliver 100 family homes at Branston Locks, near Burton-upon-Trent, one of the UK's first large-scale urban extension schemes.

Branston Locks is a 400-acre mixed-use scheme which, once complete, will create a community of 2,500 homes alongside one million sq ft of commercial space, on former agricultural land being transformed to include a 70-acre hillside park and leisure corridors managed by the Land Trust.
