Coffee producer agrees record rent for Redditch warehouse

Instanta Coffee has signed a five-year lease on a 21,175 sq ft warehouse in Redditch at what is understood to be a record rent for the area, in a deal overseen by Harris Lamb's commercial agency team.

The Polish coffee producer, which supplies mainstream UK supermarkets, has taken Unit 14 at the IO Centre on Nash Road, a well-established commercial estate recently refurbished by owners Canmoor. Terms were agreed at a headline rent of £12 per sq ft.
