First look: inside UCB’s new restaurant as £15m expansion continues

University College Birmingham has revealed details of new restaurant Beyond, alongside a major transformation of its existing Restaurant at College of Food, with both venues opening this autumn.

Beyond, an 80-cover café, restaurant and bar, will open at UCB's College of Food campus late this autumn, located at the front of the Summer Row building. It will be open for breakfast and lunch daily, and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, creating 30 new jobs for full-time employees and students on placements.click here or login below...
