Coventry industrial estate opens door to new jobs
A newly completed industrial development in Coventry has gone on the market, with its owners hoping to attract growing businesses and investors to the site.
Bromwich Hardy has been appointed to market the freehold units at Albion Enterprise Park, around 1.5 miles north of Coventry city centre.
The scheme was recently acquired by Birmingham-based Nurton Capital for £3.84m and comprises three terraces of industrial units ranging from 1,367 sq ft to 3,165 sq ft. Units can also be combined to create larger premises.
