NatWest backs Coventry’s NP Aerospace in £30m+ US acquisition deal

NP Aerospace, the global armour manufacturer and vehicle integrator based in the UK and Canada, has secured funding support of more than £30m from NatWest, backed by UK Export Finance, to acquire US-based armour manufacturer Iten Defense.

The funding package includes a £19m trade loan and a £7.5m term loan, alongside additional working capital to support the company's continued growth.
