Plans progress for 660,000 sq ft manufacturing development
Stoford is progressing plans for a major manufacturing development in Wolverhampton after agreeing a partnership with Midland Land Portfolio Limited (MLPL), a subsidiary of Severn Trent.
The proposed Stoford Park i54 scheme will deliver up to 660,000 sq ft of manufacturing space across a 39-acre employment site close to Junction 2 of the M54.
