Foxtons has acquired Birmingham-based estate agents Davidson Estates and Maguire Jackson as it expands its footprint beyond London.

Maguire Jackson, established more than 23 years ago, is one of Birmingham's most established specialist city centre residential agents, while Davidson Estates is a multi-award-winning business based primarily in Edgbaston, one of Birmingham's most established and highest-value residential markets.
