Persimmon Homes appoints new construction director

Persimmon Homes West Midlands has appointed Phil Keegan as its new Construction Director, bringing more than 20 years of housebuilding experience to the role.

Keegan began his career as a carpenter in 2005, before progressing from Assistant Site Manager in 2011 to Production Manager in 2018 with Taylor Wimpey. He spent more than two and a half years as a Contracts Manager at Bloor Homes prior to joining Persimmon, gaining further experience leading construction teams and overseeing new home delivery.
