West Bromwich roofing specialist acquired by private equity firm

West Bromwich commercial and industrial roofing specialist Total Roof Control has been acquired by construction investment group TrueNorth Capital Group.

The deal sees TRC (Midlands) join TrueNorth's External Envelope & Facades division as the group continues to build a portfolio of specialist construction businesses.
