Sodexo adds 150 Olive catering clients in Warwickshire acquisition

Sodexo has acquired Atherstone-based workplace caterer Olive, which employs around 1,000 people and runs more than 150 catering contracts across the UK.

Olive was founded in 2004 and provides on-site catering for workplaces, with a focus on fresh food. It started with a single client, which it still works with today. Sodexo says the deal strengthens its workplace and food services offering. The financial terms have not been disclosed.
