Major business exhibition heading for NEC

A MAJOR business exhibition focusing on key sectors such as marketing, finance, HR and information technology is making its way to the NEC.
Business Midlands 2012 is being staged at the exhibition centre between June 27-28 next year.
The event, staged by easyFairs, brings together SME owners and entrepreneurs with product services providers.
It is considered a unique event in the Midlands region in that it unites all sectors of business and is the only marketing medium that brings the buyer, seller and products together at the same time and in the same place.
The event will be complimented by a range of free seminars, workshops and keynote speakers.
The exhibition follows a similar event, Business North West, staged in Manchester in April.
Victoria Arran, events cordinator at Nottingham Business School and an exhibitor at Business Midlands 2012, said: “It is great to see Business Midlands coming to the NEC. It will be an invaluable resource for business owners and professionals from across the Midlands area.”
The event is supported by business organisations including the Birmingham, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire chambers of commerce.
Matt Benyon, managing director of easyFairs UK & Ireland, said: “With the Midlands boasting over 397,000 SMEs and employing over 2.1m people, Business Midlands provides the ideal opportunity for providers to this sector to tap into this thriving sector.
“We have seen the success of exhibitors at the Business North West show in Manchester, where the feedback from both exhibitors and visitors was phenomenal, so it makes perfect sense to provide such a forum for businesses in the Midlands.”
