Irwin Mitchell beefs up commercial litigation team
THE Birmingham office of law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed solicitor Dee Kundi to its commercial litigation team.
Joining from HSBC, she has significant banking litigation experience which includes providing specialist legal support in relation to mortgage repossessions, professional negligence, data protection, and disputes concerning insolvency, lender service and consumer credit.
Kundi will support the expansion of the firm’s existing banking litigation practice. She will also assist the wider team in relation to other commercial disputes.
Other recent appointments to Irwin Mitchell’s business team in Birmingham include outsourcing specialist Mark Neale, real estate tax partner Alex Barnes and property planning expert Holly Trotman.
