The company’s second track opened in Reading in 2008, and was almost immediately scuppered by the onset of the credit crunch, which saw an exodus of the corporate market which was Teamworks’ bread and butter revenue stream. However, perseverance and a refocusing on retail has paid off, and now the company is exploiting low commercial property prices to drive forward its expansion strategy.
