Alexander Daniels makes executive decision

BIRMINGHAM-based financial recruitment specialist Alexander Daniels is expanding into the executive search market.

The agency has launched a new division to recruit directors and senior managers from various disciplines. The firm says the move is in response to rising demand from clients.

Its executives search division, which incorporates an independent advisory panel, will serve clients and candidates throughout the Midlands and the South West.

The new division will aim to place directors and managers from disciplines such as human resources, sales and marketing, finance and operations.

Headed up by the agency’s joint founder Jamie Rodden, a team of four experienced recruiters and resourcers will operate from Baskerville House in Birmingham.

Rodden said: “Our success in placing accountants, building strong relationships with our clients, and fully understanding their business has led to Alexander Daniels being asked to fill other senior posts which have until now been outside our remit.

Alexander Daniels was established in March 2010 and has a current staff of 15.
