Rackline completes Manchester police contract

SPECIALIST storage manufacturer Rackline has completed a project worth more than £270k as part of the redevelopment of Greater Manchester Police headquarters.
The Newcastle-under-Lyme firm was appointed as a sub-contractor by office furniture manufacturer Senator to install a range of specialist storage solutions at the police base in Newton Heath, Manchester.
Sean Donovan, sales manager at Rackline, said: “We supplied high density and static storage by installing a range of specialist products including our multitrak, monotrak, profile, proform and prospan products.
“The installation process included a storage evaluation and audit beforehand, to ensure we were installing the right product for the new HQ.”
The installation took 20 weeks.
Rackline, established in 1984, designs and manufacturers innovative storage solutions to meet the general filing and archive requirements of libraries, museums, universities and hospitals as well as private sector clients.
