Revolving doors as financial software supplier’s board changes continue

STAFFORDSHIRE financial software supplier eg solutions is continuing to ring the changes to its board.

John Brougham has joined the board as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee while Phil Lee has resigned from the board.

The Dunston firm is hoping a shake-up of its executive team – which includes the recent appointment of a new chairman – will lead to a change of fortunes after it saw full year pre-tax losses widen to £1.48m.

The firm has endured a difficult year following its tie-in with US reseller Aspect, including a succession of management changes and other upheavals.

Brougham has held senior financial and management positions in the telecommunications and technology sectors as well as non-executive directorships with a number of public and private organisations.
 
He is a non-executive director of Technetix and is a former CFO of Monitise. He is a lso a former board member of BT Divisions.
