IT firm sets £10m turnover goal following funding deal

SIMPLIFY IT, a Warwickshire-based IT consultancy, is hoping to break the £10m turnover mark following a five-figure loan from NatWest.

Established in 2012 and with 14 employees, the business trades UK-wide as an IT consultancy providing support services and training.

Keen to increase capacity and having outgrown its rented premises in Stratford-upon-Avon, the deal has allowed Simplify IT to purchase a 2,000 sq ft office unit at Arrow Court in Alcester.

Sales director Lee Rogers, who founded the business with technical director Michael Brookes, said: “Having won several contracts, we’ve been taking on a new team member every few months – but we reached a point where our office was just bursting at the seams.

“The new space is twice the size of our previous premises, so we now have the room we need to grow, take on more staff and increase revenue as a result.

“As well as taking on five new employees, our sights are set on doubling turnover within the next year.

Ann Marie Swift, senior relationship manager for NatWest, said: “What Lee and Michael have achieved in just two years is remarkable and a real testament to their experience, drive and customer-focused approach.”
