Office technology group set to double size of West Midlands operation

A LEADING supplier of office technology services is set to double the size of its West Midlands office due to strong demand.

Altodigital said it had experienced a buoyant period of growth over the past 12-months.
 
The expansion will see the company take over the building adjoining its office in Vantage Point, Kingswinford. The move will increase the firm’s warehousing capacity from 10,000 sq ft to more than 18,000 sq ft, while its office space will increase from 5,800 sq ft to over 10,000 sq ft.
 
Launched in 2000, the office now has more than 100 staff, making it the largest of Altodigital’s 12 sites across the UK. Comprising regional and group employees, it services the needs of both private and public sector organisations.

The last 12 months have also seen the office secure major contract wins, including helping transform the Library of Birmingham into an educational multimedia hub, through streamlined multi-functional print devices and a new document infrastructure.
