Anderson’s Bar and Grill wins top food award

BIRMINGHAM steakhouse Anderson’s Bar and Grill has been crowned Restaurant of the Year in The Food Awards England 2015 Midlands category.

The St Paul’s Square-based eatery was one of seven restaurants to be shortlisted in the category.

The Food Awards England celebrate and reward the very best in English food hospitality; the servers, the specialists and suppliers.

Voted for by the public, the awards are designed to recognise the efforts of England’s restaurants, takeaways, pubs, hotels, cafes and bistros as well as shining the spotlight on local producers.

Anderson’s Bar and Grill director Daniel Anderson, said: “We pride ourselves on providing the best of British food and so it’s an honour to have won an award that celebrates British food and hospitality.”
