Birmingham Finance Director dies after short illness
BIRMINGHAM-based bathroom fittings manufacturer Samuel Heath has announced the death of its Financial Director, Paul Turner.
Mr Turner died on Wednesday (August 10) after a short illness.
The firm’s directors and employees said they wanted to convey their condolences to Mr Turner’s family.
Sam Heath, chairman of the company, said: “We are all deeply saddened by the news of Paul’s sudden death and all the sympathies and thoughts of the board and employees are with his family at this time. On behalf of my colleagues we would like to pay tribute to Paul, a highly valued colleague.”
The company said that an announcement on his replacement would be made in due course, but in the meantime, other members of staff would be assuming his responsibilities.
