Boutique corporate finance firms merge

TWO boutique corporate finance firms have merged under a new name, Elysium Corporate Finance.
The Birmingham-based DNA Corporate Finance, led by Faisal Arif and Tony Dunn, and Miramar Services, led by Andrew Mills, will set up home in Newhall Street.
Faisal Arif, partner at Elysium Corporate Finance, who previously worked at Grant Thornton and EY, said: “One of our key strengths is the degree of senior attention that we bring to all our transactions, which our clients value greatly.
“We are focused on providing high quality partner led transactional and strategic advice to the mid-market and we have a strong and growing pipeline of transactions.”
The two firms were created around five years ago with a focus on providing solutions to entrepreneurs.
Recent deals include advising the vendors on the £20m-plus sale of halal meat supplier Janan Meats to ESO Capital and its management team, and on the sales of both Crucial Sauces and Race Industrial Products.
