Retailer saddles up to enter the Mailbox

THE latest lifestyle brand to enter the Mailbox is getting ready to saddle up ahead of its opening in early 2017.

Bicycle manufacturer Ribble will line up alongside Kitchen Gallery, Castle Fine Art and Fine & Country on Level 1 of the Birmingham shopping centre.

The manufacturer was founded in 1897 in Lancashire and now has stores in Preston and Cardiff selling bicycles, clothing and accessories.

Melanie Taylor, head of retail relations at Milligan, joint owners of the Mailbox, comments: “Level 1 of the Mailbox is fast becoming a destination for premium home and lifestyle retailers and Ribble will be a very welcome addition. 

“2016 has been a fantastic year for the Mailbox and 2017 is set to be even more exciting.”

Ribble will follow from pre-Christmas openings of Tom Aikens’ restaurant and bar Tom’s Kitchen, wine bar Bottles and coffee shop Caffè Nero.
