Law firm relocates to new offices
A long-established law firm in Coventry and Warwickshire has completed a double office relocation.
Seymours implemented the relocation after outgrowing its former head office in Coventry and satellite branch in Leamington Spa.
To meet expansion needs, the firm looked for modern, spacious premises but close enough to its former offices to retain links to existing clients.
After implementing a search for suitable premises, the firm settled on new offices in Blondvil Street, Coventry and Russell Street, Leamington Spa.
Director Rob Fardoe said: “We are thrilled to have moved into two new office buildings. Each is situated in a prime location with ample parking and is close to local shops and amenities.
“We feel our new premises will provide an easy-to-find, comfortable welcome for our clients and also plenty of room for the company to expand further in the future.”
Director Tarsem Sangha said one of the prime factors influencing the decision was to continue the firm’s commitment to both Coventry and Leamington Spa.
The firm, which serves both individuals and the SME sector, had been undergoing expansion prior to the move and said the additional capacity would now offer it scope to grow further.
