Change consultancy adds American office

Change consultancy Curium Solutions has added an international office after merging with Florida-based performance improvement and leadership development firm DME Consulting International.
The Birmingham-based company is pursuing expansion, having relocated to larger offices close to Colmore Row in November and making a couple of strategic hires at the start of this year.
Curium co-founder James Farrow said: “Having established ourselves as a growing business in the UK, we are looking forward to creating something special in the US.
“In today’s fast-moving world, individuals, teams and organisations need to adapt and change more quickly than ever. With our track record for helping deliver major change and improve performance, this is the right time to share our insights, experience and solutions with US businesses.”
DME Consulting founder Daniel Entwistle will lead Curium’s US operations, which will be based in Orlando.
He spent more than a decade in the UK banking sector, followed by time in the UK consulting market, before moving to the Unites States and launching his company.
Entwistle added: “We have a strong belief that organisations and individuals can continually push the barriers on their performance levels, and we look to partner with clients to assist them in breaking through these barriers.”
