Aidan King

Aidan re-joined Sanderson Weatherall in 2010, having completed his university placement with the company in 2004.

Aidan is a Chartered Surveyor and a specialist in lease consultancy with the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring on a variety of commercial property.

He is also an RICS Registered Valuer and undertakes a range of valuations for secured lending, asset valuations and charities act valuation.

In addition Aidan is active in the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises across the Midlands.
